Has anyone had experience selling tools on eBay to buyers in Italy? I’ve been reading about a lot of problems with with shipping to Italy, including buyers’ scams, corrupt postal service workers, complicated import restrictions, etc. I would buy insurance, but I’ve read about so many claims that have been rejected that I’m not confident that even insurance would “insure” a successful transaction. Any thoughts?

United States Postal Service gives the biggest bang for your buck, that is why they are Billions in the red. I shipped some stuff to Italy after I got paid on paypal, no problems at all.

Personally, I blacklisted Italy from my ebay listings. Too many problems.
