I just saw this on Tulsa CL for $200 and it looks to be in good shape but I can’t find a 1 hp Jet Shaper on their website. Is this a discontinued item? Anyone have one? Good price? Any other advice?

I have a 3HP Jet, can’t fault it. I’m not in the production business but it is certainly a cut (pun intended) above even the most powerful of routers in a table (although I have one also). Even a dedicated 1HP shaper would out power a 3 HP router.

I tend just to use mine with router cutters rather than the spindle tooling although I have a couple of cutter knives which have given me good results.

I don’t have a power feeder, don’t need one as time is not an issue for me.
