Topic tags/keywords: question oak ash arts and crafts shaker greene and greene

I am in need of a new TV “table”. Lately, I’ve been going with a “Mission Style” for the tables I make. This time around, I do have a nice supply of Oak, with some Ash as well. The “Boss” want the TV to sit up fairly high, about 38”. TV is a flat screen, about 38” wide. Need to have some storage (cable boxes) below. There is also a “suggestion” from the Boss about storage shelf (s) above the TV. Ideas?

A look at some of the wood available..

We did a long floating shelf over our televsion and the boss loves it. i just saw a mancaves episode where they used a 2 way mirror to hide a television which i thought was a slick idea.

Just a simple little table, all from that old wood.
