Hi Folks,
Just a quick hello from NorCal.

Building up my woodshop and getting back into wood after a 30 year hiatus! Boy do i miss it and boy am I glad I am getting back into it.

Looking forward to posting a picture of the shop once everything is put in place and pix of projects as I go along my merry way creating sawdust and chips everywhere I go!!!

Later,

Welcome norcal. you’ll find a lot of great ideas here, and very addicting site, that might interrupt your shop time. and what kind of shooter are you? straight or from the hip?

Welcome. We have a bunch of NorCal people here, and I’m embarassed to say that I have threatened to get together with any number of folks within 30 miles or so of me, and haven’t yet. I’ll blame it on my in-progress shop.

Anyway, I’m in Petaluma, just north of the Marin County line on the south end of Sonoma wine country. And in two months or so, I’ll be inviting folks over to come hang out at my shop (if only I can get the city to hurry up with my plan check!).
