Hey Guys i am looking, as the title states, full time woodworking professionals and/or other small business owners that would be willing to converse with me via email messages in order to assist in answering a few questions concerning some basic business strategies that have been implemented by your company/firm/business since the recession.

I am presently taking an Economics class and am working on a Research Paper development concerning the negative and positive impacts of the recession on small businesses and how business’ have adjusted their business strategy for the short and long run because of same.

I should be able to acquire most of my answers via email however i might need to talk to a few of you personally for a second or two over the phone. I will not ask personal questions and acquire personal information for this paper, i am looking for general information regarding supply and demand adjustments made within your business and some internalities and externalities that have been created as a result.

Don’t worry the paper will not include business name, business revenue, your capital acquired or other information that would otherwise signify your name and/or business. The information received will be written to keep all participant’s name, business name and the like anonymous. The information will be consolidated with a myriad of others for the composition of a graph, table and charts depicting the adjustment changes, market changes and demands and the cost benefit analysis information from a host of business owners spread out over the US.

I would greatly appreciate any considerations you may be willing to offer in helping me with the development of this research paper.

Thanks, and please understand that the majority of the questions received will be open ended questions allowing you to answer in the manner that suits you best. Not sure just yet how the questionnaire will be designed but i cannot foresee it being over a couple pages deep. I would not need to bother anyone with copious amounts of phone calls or anything like that. the questionnaire will more than likely suffice.

I would send the questionnaire to your email address and we could go from there.

Thanks, Chris

please see my profile page information to see a picture of me and to gather an understanding of the “who” i am if you like.

I certainly will Mike, no need to send me your email of course for i already have it, the questionnaire is not even composed of at the present. I have been working on attempting to gather up some sources first and then will prepare this questionnaire over the course of then next week or so. So expect it sometime within the next week or so.

Thanks bud, Chris

This applies to all, – if you there is a question you would rather not answer for whatever reasoning, simply do not answer. I promise i will not be mad….lol
