It’s incredible that this 1948 cartoon has come this close to depicting our current day situation. It’s worth your time.

1948 cartoon

EVERY PERSON IN THE USA SHOULD SEE THIS! JUST THINK,
THIS WAS FORECASTED 63 YEARS AGO!

What can a cartoon, produced in 1948, teach us today, that’s of any value?
You’d be very surprised!

Pay close attention! Keep in mind as you watch this that it was done in ‘1948’.

Keep telling yourself that as you view it.
This should be viewed by every AMERICAN.

This cartoon is timeless and is just as true today as it was in 1948!

If you watch it to the end please note that the operative word is WORK together!

Nothn from nothin is nothin and that is what we have today. Big brother has separated and conquered. Everyone needs to take the time it takes to write a comment on this site to email their congressman and let him have an ear full. Tell them you are tired of bailing out all the big wigs and paying for all their BS. Ask to see the ratified document on income tax and where is it a written law hat says you have to pay income tax. Woodrow Wilson and the Big Boys of the Industrial age sold their souls in 1913 and we have been paying every since.

I hate to say it fellas, but Clinton got us as close to debt free in many years after Big Bush and then little Bush stole the election, created another war as his da dah did and left the white house and congress in a sloppy mess. Go figure. I am not going to be loyal to any elephant or donkey in this election. There will be nothing but slander to keep people from thinking clearly and not seeing what is really goin on. This election is going to be like watchng Jerry Springer on steroids.

Pete you nailed it.

I think the basic theme of this has been going on for centuries.

I,like Pete, will not be loyal to any party in the coming elections.

Re-reading Pete’s comments, it struck me….

I’ve been thinking that partisan politics is what keeps congress from getting anything good accomplished. But now I’m wondering if all the party squabbling is just a ploy they use to distract us while they’re lining their pockets with our tax dollars.

Howie, the real money comes from selling their influence. It comes in the form of “campaign contributions” while they are in office. Then when they leave office they receive multi-million dollar salaries as lobbyists for major corporations.

@pete57

“I am not going to be loyal to any elephant or donkey in this election. “

Yep, it’s probably better to not even think of LOYALTY at this point…
... but I think I can safely say…

If Obama stays in office, he will postively make a bigger A$$ out of that Donkey than we have EVER seen before! LOL
