Hi everyone. I ordered a package of Bethlehem olivewood pen blanks (10) from Isreal a month a go and still have not recieved it. I bought it off Ebay from a person who has a pretty good rateing and they said that the shipped it on Sept 2. It was suppose to arrive on the 21st at the lastest. I am wondering if customs has something to do with this. Does anybody have any advice on what I should do? I don’t have a tracking number so I’m not completely sure where it is.

I ordered some quite a few years ago, it did take about a month for them to arrive. They were beautiful!

Hope you see them soon!

I would contact Ebay or Paypal(if you used Paypal). I ALWAYS use Paypal and have never had a problem.
But, customs could be slowing it down. I use Ebay a lot…what was his rating?

Here’s his stats.

Positive Feedback: 100%
Feedback score: 105

I used paypal to buy the wood. I contacted him a week or so ago and he told be to contact him if it’s not here by the end of the month. I saw a pic of what it is supposed to look like and it really is beautiful wood.

Customs may well be part of the problem. I would contact the seller and have him help you locate the shipment.

I would contact the seller, give them a day or two to respond then contact ebay. They contact the seller and give him 7 days to respond. If it arrives in the mean time, just let ebay know, if not in 2-3 weeks you’ll get a refund.

If it doesn’t come tomarrow, I will contact him again. I don’t think it his fault though, I’m fairly certain customs has something to do with the delay.

it could be, especially with all the crap going on now with foreign wood types.
