If you get a chance, pick up a copy of the american woodworker magazine this month. It comes with a free DVD introducting Paul Sellers series “Working Wood”. You also have a chance to win a woodworking class in england, in a castle with travel and lodging paid for…

This aside, the DVD is amazing. A little flashy for a wood working DVD but the guy is really a true master. If his classes are anything like what’s on that demo DVD, I am rushing to buy them.. In that free DVD, he shows several very nice tips ranging from making an arched bottom (for a table) to a quick and simple way of making inlays. All very good.

He also has incredibly sharp tools. Watching the shot of his chisel cutting thru the wood like butter, peeling it off, is very cool.

I will have to look for it. If folks do not know, Paul is an active Lumberjock on the site.
