I have so many people to thank! First, I’d like to send a shout out to the man upstairs- in whom all things are possible. (I wish he’d move out of my attic, but he IS my dad…)
Yes, that’s right fellow Lumber Jockers! I’m ONE YEAR OLD today! I’ve been tolerated a full year on this site, like the guest that never leaves, and drinks all your beer, and sometimes steals change off your dresser! I’ve been waiting for this moment for at least a year now, and I plan on celebrating by doing what has made me the most beloved member of this site for the greater part of the last decade, give or take a few years: I’m leaving wise cracks on everybody’s projects!
Yes, fifty of you lucky devils in the last hour have already been treated to my words of witty wisdom- and even if they’re not exactly funny, at least they’re stupid, and that’s all any of us can ask!
I also started this thread for all my well-wishers to come and wish me well after a year well passed with minimal loss of dignity! Here’s to another year with all seven of my fingers intact!
As for me, I’m treating myself to an anniversary cruise…
