Topic tags/keywords: design table top profiles router bits projects

I hope people don’t mind me asking another question but I’m looking at the different table top profiles, which started me thinking what other people have use and liked.

I was planning on using a thumbnail and then a cove under that. As I was searching for ideas I located some table top bits designed my Lonnie Bird which I really like. They’re expensive and wondered if anyone else has used any of them.
This is the one I like the most.

Reverse Curve Table Edge Router Bit

I thought this was nice too but I thought it looked more like a classic than a ogee

I like the simplicity of a slight roundover. Or a chamfer on the underside. I have never been fond of the more complex profiles.

I use a MLCS Katana table edge bit with a “Traditional” profile for lots of things. I really like it for trimming out upper cabinets.

Bill have you tried any of his bits. They look so nice but at 125 each, that hurts
