Frustrating for the first guy to buy to find the wrong nailer. I guess he has a point though if he was expecting the 16 gauge nailer.
However, it appears to be a good deal now that the poor unfortunate fellow has let the rest of us know what to expect.

cr1 -

I got my first 23 ga pin nailer about four years ago and immediately wondered how long they had been legal, and why nobody had told me sooner.

I grabbed one and did the shipvantage so to my door for $32 and change! :)

I already have a pinner and brad nailer (both hitachi, both cherished) but at just over $16 each shipped plus a bag and some brads and pins? IN!

Thanks for the tip. I got in on this as well. Don’t need it, but this is a steal.

BTW, Freeman is pretty good stuff. Maybe not Senco , Paslode or Hitachi quality, but right there with Dewalt, Bostitch, Porter Cable, etc.

And they DO have a 16 gauge nailer (the reviewer said they don’t). They also have an angled 15 gauge, a framing nailer, roofing nailer, siding nailer, flooring nailer, etc. etc.
