I am borrowing a friends new unused R9 jig. I want to make small boxes w dovetailed corners using 1/2 inch stock on the router table. I have watched a few videos and it looks pretty slick. I am looking for tips on fabricating the required beam to EXACT measurements and do’s/don’ts to avoid nipping as aluminum finger against a carbide bit and ruining the template
