I placed an order with this company about a month ago, I got a verification email but have heard nothing. The order has not been put on my credit card as I can tell. They are still on the web, they will take your order and credit card # but you never hear any more. does anyone have any information?

Have you tried calling them? They have a number listed.

I saw a post at another site about this same problem with this place….... makes you wonder.

I sure like some of the stuff they have listed, but I don’t do too much mail order. Up here in Canada we sometimes get hit with some extra charges coming across the boarder.

Hang in there, I’m sure it will all work out for you.

On one of the pen turning forums someone posted a similar problem and they came out of the woodwork with bad experiences with Steebar. Usually someone will come to a company’s defense but there wasn’t one that ventured out for them. I have no personnel experience thanks to those posts.

I have emailed the company and no they do not answer the phone either, I tried multiple times to register at the above woodcraft forum, but I end up being refused each time. I truly feel if the business is defunct it is only fair to take the web site down. It is risky enough ordering with a CC and now you don’t know who or what type of business this is.
