Topic tags/keywords: extrema table saw ts 13150

Hello All,

I’ve been trolling the LJ forums for sometime now and appreciate the valuable information that gets shared here. I hope to become a contributing member here in the future. For now I have a question. I have an opportunity to pick up a new Extrema TS13150 table saw for a very good price. It’s a 3hp 220V single phase with a T square style 50” fence (appears to be a Beis clone). I have been able to find very little information about this saw or even brand so I’m a bit uncertain. Doed anyone have any knowledge/experience to share on this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks David. I spoke to Extrema yesterday and they are now out of the tablesaw business. Said that the liability issues have become too great. They still have a stable full of saws but don’t know what they are going to do with them but they will not sell them. Too bad, from what I was able to find out it looked to be a pretty good tool. The one I saw was on ebay…brand new and it went for $790 with free shipping!

New device is in the works that will retro fit to any saw – not a SawStop device, so I am told.
