!!!! WE HAVE A NEW BATCH !!!!

Ready to ship

I have some factory seconds of figured maple luthier wood

They come in bundles
I will not open them if I do I will keep them all
( I know what’s in there )
I will
Not cherry pic them either
They go out as I received them already bundled

The boards are super nice and the figure will pop but we used some dye to enhance the grain

2 coats of dye and sand it all off then apply your finish coats

Ok

20
Pieces of
7-1/2” x 21” x 1/4”
Weight around 18-20lbs

Shipping will be from
Edmonds Washington
98026

Price will be $100 per bundle

I can say I have opened quite a few of these and I have never been disappointed!
Never!
That’s why I cannot open any
I truly would keep them all
I am doing this so others can have what I do and see what they come up with using them

If interested please contact me
Pm
If you would like to call me
Please remember i am on the west coast Seattle please no calls before 7am or after 10pm

What makes them seconds? Because they have knots?

I cannot see a defect
I asked him that
He said it was something the graders didn’t like
But that they are very picky

I did not draw the outline of the guitar on the pic above it was in a bundle that way

FYI: You can estimate UPS shipping costs with their quote tool here:
https://www.ups.com/ship/guided/origin?tx=4044174854787991&loc=en_US&WT.srch=1
Click on “Quick Start”, then click “Quote”. As Scott said the package weight is about 19lbs.
So for me, shipping to southeast TX, I can expect $45 for shipping (cheapest option) and have the package in about a week.

I wonder if the tendency toward tearout is part of why they were factory seconds.
I can see that being an issue a hobbyist can deal with by scraping, but a mass-production process would not waste time if it can’t be used straight out of the planer…

Yall should check fedex too then, I get a very small ground discount ( 5%i think, I get big overnight and freight discounts just not ground) and I should be under $35 to South Georgia
