Any news on adding an LJ app for iPhone? (and Android)
I would be happy to pay the typical $.99 to $4.99 to be able to view the forums & projects on the go.

Back me up guys…. Put in your two cents

Thanks

If you have a google account you can add the google reader app. It allows you to subscribe/view any forums or blog sites that you may have interest in. I’ve got LJs, PopWoodworking, and a few others in my google reader, it’s a great all in one app for getting up with message boards. Hope that helps.

An App would be good to have as I’m writing this now on my iPhone at work. But, I don’t want to pay for something I’m already getting for free. I hope I don’t sound too cheap. I really like the layout of the LJs website as it is, so the App would have to be great, especially if I have to pay. I don’t mind pinch zooming on my phone.

I’m gonna have to check out this google app reader. Never heard of it. Thanks for the heads up.

tctaylor is right although the iphone screen is a bit tiny to see most things clearly…

^I can see the site fine on my android but you’re right, it’s tiny. I’d buy an app to have the text more readable.

I get the forum in all its glory on my HTC Inspire / Android… Just go through the web browser and zoom baby zoom…

+1 for Google Reader. I’ve been using the RSS feeds since before I was a member.

I’ll look into tapatalk.. I’ve considered getting it, but the only other forums I troll are xda and androidforums.com (xda free app for xda and google reader for AF)
