its not that bad… don’t be sad! I can understand where they are coming from. they also have another tape: it was an experiment with how the structural details change people perception of a furniture. still, even though its real, I laughed for 10 minutes. -- The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep... |

Maybe if the artist who did the artwork for the tape had ever looked at a real dovetail he/she might have noticed the grain should match from one pin (or tail) to the next. Well, unless the drawer sides are glueups. -- Michael :-{| Diapers and politicians both need to be changed often; and for the same reason. |

Philip: “P.S: which did they print first-tails or pins?” I think to satisfy more refined tastes the dovetail tape should come in two separate strips: pins and tails. This way a picky woodworker could decide for himself which one to do first. |
