Grizzly 1023 table saw for sale near me. Are there any “weak points” I need to be sure to inspect?

In April 2017 I got the Hybred G0771, 2hp, 120v/240v. The G1023 is available in 3 versions, mainly extension table wideth, the G1023RLW has a built in router extensiontable & available in 3hp or 5hp motor. The service rep at Grizzly told me the G1023, 3hp, 240v was a favorite for the High School shop classes. This a nicer saw than what I have.

I’ve had one for so long I don’t remember what year I bought it. The only thing I’ve done to it is change the blades and clean out the cabinet where the dust collector didn’t get all the dust out of it.

It’s been a work horse for me.

I had an arbor bearing fail on me. Repair was not too expensive and was able to accomplish without taking the table off. Symptom was extra noise (like a howl) and the blade would stop spinning too quickly.

Other than that I’ve really liked it…
