Topic tags/keywords: reference wood question

It would be nice to have a spicific place to look at examples of different woods in one place. If it does exzist I dont no where. It would be nice for ideas when starting a project. l know there are books on the topic and I have some but we are the preimier woodworking sight on the net and we should have a reference center, don’t you think.

Nice link Rich.
Personally I rarely look, but if I do I have some books with pictures.
But yes a web based one rocks.

Thanks Rich this is a great sight. We could build up our own library of examples of woods in use.
