so i want to go from 110 to 220, i have the cord and plugs, but i dont know what to do with a box full of black wires.

what next?

The wires numbered? How many wires do you have coming from the motor? I am assuming no schematic is available, if not what make is the motor? Can you post a pic of the motor plate?

I can see a number t1 and t3 on the first picture.Just connect the wires like the label shows.
