I am looking into getting some Victorinox kitchen knives has anybody replaced the boring fibrox handles with wood ones before?

Sorry I buy them because they have 2 great things to offer.

1) One of the best cuts in kitchen ware, and not just for the price.

2) Fibrox handles.

I think they offer the best wet situation grip of any product out there, obviously YMMV.

They sell them with wood handles. But I’m sure it can be done if you really want to DIY.
