Hey guys. I would like your input on staining a large p.t. wood fence. because of size I think spray is the only way. back roll would be a must. would you use airless sprayer oil or water based stain semi transparent or solid colour ?? thanks for your help. Keep smiling John

Airless for speed and widest pattern. Lots of overspray though. Stay close to the fence and no need to backroll.
Water based semi transparent. You can always make it darker but you can’t make it lighter.

When I did my fence everything I read said to backroll or brush after spraying.
