I don’t know how many of you suffer my dilema, but I’m betting it’s a bunch. My wife wants to redecorate, get new furniture starting in the livingroom and moving north through the house. I have her approval on each piece, have purchased the wood, and am ready to start NOW> Unfortunately, health issues are slowing me down as she grows impatient. Now she goes to Furniture World and starts looking. To keep her under control I go too, and she begins to say stuff like,” isn’t that cute?” or,”that’s cheap!”My next reply is “I have it under control until she comes in with a new toilet seat from BB&B that’s mdf with pjastic and foam threatening to fill the house with more JUNK!

The time Americans, has come to stand up for the American Craftsman. To that end, I propose to start a new orginazation to protest and Fight the influx of foreign junk now moving into the throne room! I say it’s time to do battle against these usurpers. I, therefore, propose to start new PAC called “The American Society for the Preservation of Wooden Tolet Seats !! Perhaps you’ve heard of us by our more common name: “The Birch John Society”? Think about it. It is not too late.

It could be co-sponsored by the Woods Hole Institute. :)
