Hey, site folks,
My location doesn’t show up on the “pin” map. It used to. There are others around me that also have disappeared.
I have re-entered the data and still a “no-show”
I’d like to know who’s around my area and there are very few pins showing. I know there are a bunch missing. The map shows my location on my home page, but not on the “shops” tab.
Can you help?

I think they drop off after time from when they were originally posted or some similar rule. Martin would would be able to explain.

Martin, you need to rebuild the shop viewer… lol

You need to build a BIGGER SHOP so it will show up better. Yeah, I realized early on after joining that the Shop map was broke. Ironically, it is the one part of LJ that could bring us together, closer.

There never has been a good way to determine people who are near you without a lot of trouble. Probably one the biggest roadblock to even more spectacular growth of this site, IMO.
