Topic tags/keywords: legs

Hi friends
Cleaning up the shop, I’ve had too many things coming in and not enough going out. Here are some nice looking prefinished cabriolet legs I purchased a number of years ago for a customer that wanted 6 tables but then decided he didn’t want them after all They look pretty nice even though they were made in China. I don’t know what kind of wood they are made from but they have some weight to them say like the wieght of maple and I don’t what kind of finish they have.
I made one table from them and just matched the finish and color on the top and apron. They make a nice shortcut for making tables because they are inexpensive you can either make more or charge less if using them to sell and you don’t have to finish them.

I have 5 sets 29” tall and want $60 a set plus actual shipping cost. if someone wants all 5 of them I’ll take $250 plus shipping

Thanks Jim

Hi Grant
looks like they are 1 3/4” x1 3/4” and 4” tall at the shortest point with a beveled edge on the inside for leg hardware

Depending what I can ship for I’d be interested in all of them. Do the boxes have dims and weight listed so I can check on my FedEx account? If we do this I’d just send you fedex labels. I’m afraid is going to cost a good bit even for me, since I’m clear across the country. Worth having a look though!

I will gather those for you and get back to you in a couple minutes. Could you compare to UPS also If UPS is more I might be willing to pay the difference since Fedex is 40 miles away?

OK Grant
Here are the dimensions of the box, The length is 30” the with is 11” and the height is 3 1/2” I don’t have a shipping scale, but weighing myself and then holding the box added a little under 10lbs.

Thanks I’ll check in the morning to see if I can get any spot quotes but if not it’ll cost me $133 the cheapest way and that makes it sound a lot less attractive. I’ll follow up in the morning though!
