Hi All,

I have the MAC2400 and have been using it on jobsites for roughly eight years. It’s been great.
The other day, it simply stopped working – it didn’t recover the air.
The unit is getting power, and the reset button does nothing.
Any ideas?

I can open this thing up, but will have no idea what I’m looking at.

The weight makes this too prohibitive to ship out for repair, and I’m guessing it would cost more than it’s worth anyway to have a pro deal with it.

I’d greatly appreciate any insight into how to troubleshoot this and figure what the part(s) I need to keep this little piggy running.

Thanks!

I think the guys need more than “it didn’t recover the air”.

Did the motor quit running or does it run but doesn’t make air….....thing like that.

Sorry. What I mean is the motor stopped running and PSI went to zero. Dead. Nothing.

Have your say...
