I have a couple (5) 38” x 6” x 1.5” pieces of oak that I need to plane square. I have a jointer and saw just no planer yet. I’d pay a reasonable fee or bring some lumber to trade. I have some miranti, oak, or a six pack of you favorite beverage.

With all the fine folks on this site you could probably get all your milling cutting for free but you would have to drive all over the country

Cabmaker showed me what Im missing by not having a planer. Im currently working on my lovely, wonderful, beautiful, incredibly good cook of a wife, on the need for a planer. I’m looking at a powermatic 100. I missed a parks a couple months back.
