My summer help from Tx is getting me educated re: posting projects [I think] but we cant figure out how to put pics in blogs. I know Ive seen this answer before but cant find it. If someone will help, Ill favorite it so I dont lose it. Thanks as always! Barely literate but trying!

The little link at the bottom of the post where it says photo bucket explains everything. You just need an account with them is all once the pics are loaded on the computer you load them to photo bucket then go to the pic and you will see a list that says edit, delete, direct link, anyway you want the one that says direct link copy that and then paste into your blog it will come out in code and all you have to do is put an exclamation point at the beginning and end of the code and it should work. so it will be something like this,

! picure@photobuket1234vhru@#4 !

Use the preview link before you post this will help a lot. Also put the exclamation points close to the code.
Hope this helps!

What bigike said used to be the case, but you don’t need a third party photo host anymore. You can post photos right from your computer.

There are four tan buttons at the upper left of the post. Click the one that says “img” and then click the box next to #1 that says “choose file”. A navigation window will open, allowing you to go to where the photo is on your computer and select it. Then click #2 “insert this image” and your photo will be uploaded. As Ike said, click the preview button and you will see your photo in the post.

Thanks! You guys are the best. I may wait to try this when Hunter [my summer help] gets back from church camp next week as he should be able to keep me from wiping out all my pic, etc. I have favorited your comments so shouldnt lose them.

Great teamwork
1) photos posted elsewhere online
2) photos stored on your computer

And I’m still chuckling at: “But if you read magazines for the articles, here you go.”
