What does the link take you to? I’m sometimes leary about following unknown links so a bit of a description may be helpful.

It’s safe, Mark.

I beat him first try with Herman Melville.

I understand what you’re saying, Mark. But I don’t understand why it made you “leery”. I could have given a lengthy explanation about the site and told how it was the safest site on the web …....... but it maybe it wasn’t…. maybe it has your worse computer dreams.

Think about it…. I would be less likely to visit a site that did try every way in the world to make me click on it. Plus, I trust the members on LJ. If you are thinking like that, I don’t see how you do any surfing…......

Thanks, for the post.

I didn’t mean to offend in any way, I just thought a description (how ever brief) would have been useful. You may be right about the psychology of how a person whom wanted to lure unsuspecting surfers to their site would think, but who really knows eh? It sounds like other LJs liked the site so thank you for posting it.

No offense taken, Mark. I completely understand your point. And in the world we live in, you can’t be too careful. I’ve passed up hundreds of links that didn’t seem right for one reason or another. Better to be safe than sorry.

Greedo: I agree. You can tell when the thing gets on the right track. I’ve tried a couple where it seemed like it knew the answer with only a few questions, but then it’ll ask something that doesn’t jive with the direction its going. It usually gets it, but it takes a while.

David: You beat me with Herman Melville too. Who is that?

Herman Melville wrote ‘Moby Dick”; one of my favourite books back in grade school.

He’s not very adept. I beat him thinking of Peter Abelard.

I’ll have to pass this one on to my wife – she’s the game player. She loves ‘em.
