anyone make the stool featured in the winter 2009 issue of Woodworking Magazine?
alternatively do you have a shop stool design or plans that you particularly like? I would like to build one for my shop.

thanks
Jeff

I’m also interested in a shop stool. Jeff, do you have a link to a picture of the stool you mentioned?

I designed a stool for the shop that has rockers on the bottom. The stool is low and rocks so I can get closer to the bench without excessive bending at the waist. The shape is rectangular with a padded seat. I had to experiment to find the best height. https://s3.amazonaws.com/vs-lumberjocks.com/lnk93do.jpg!
