A Friend of mine has a lot of chestnut he wants to sell. It came from an old building he purchased and tore down. It is dry, stickered and I believe he had someone grade it for him. There are plenty of 4/4 planks and beams. Some nails so you would need to be careful or scan it with a detector.
He is interested in selling the whole lot to avoid a mess by having people pick through the pile. However if someone wants at least 25% he would be interested.
It is located in Elkins, West Virginia and is in a garage with easy access. Interested parties only, I believe he is looking for at least $8-10/BF or best offer for the lot. You can send me a private message if interested. Pics below.
