I need help from individuals that have built a Maloof style table. I want to build a table and utilize the same flared and coved design in the legs that Maloof tables have. I know that I need a coving bit but can’t figure out the size. If I am going to use a 3.5” center post with 2” thick legs then I would need a 3/4” bit right?

Here are examples of what I want to achieve.

I borrowed these pictures from Canadian Woodworks website. I apologize for posting your pictures but I admire your work very much and would like to be able to achieve your level of excellance someday. If you wish i can remove the pictures.
