I planed laminate 3 times 36”* 16” to 1/8” no shipping

RIPRay test Laguna Cyclone 3hp www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOhfxtDZCS4 Empty a Full barrel of dust & nothing in the exaust bag

BTW: I had some needs of customer servecises the first week (nothing big ) so I call my vendor (www.elitetools.ca) & directly Laguna (www.lagunatools.com )& I can say that I have VERY, VERY satisfy by the services.

cr1,

While this isnt laguna related I too have had great experiences with Felder. The west coast rep contacted me after I registered at the web site, he was informative without being pushy. After we discussed my situation (I am still doing research for a future shop thats a year or so off still) he offered to send me catalogs on the full line and has since followed up to make sure I got them and to ask if I had any questions. Again, the followups have been courteous and no pressure. You have to love dealing with truly professional folks like that.

Chris.

I do not anderstand Y so may poeples had bad sevices experiences.
In my case, I deal with Elite in Qu.ébec(www.elitetools.ca) customer services is #1. I had to talk directly with Laguna, Again 100% satisfy & has you can read , my english level is not perfect at all.

Anyway, their equipment are top quality for sure but if I would have any probleme like you add I would not have had the demo with a Laguna but a Powermatic (I hesitat long time between the 2 planers)

I bought an 18’’LT Italian Laguna Band Saw from Tim at Laguna and have had it for about a year now and have had good luck with the saw and the rep. Had a few small things that needed attention but were addressed promptly. But I have heard some feed back in the other direction. Top notch equipment in my book.

Have your say...
