Hi,

I have a small Clarke lathe and wish to turn a few pens on it. But it uses a thread not a morse taper.

Does anyone know of any pen kits (mandrels cutters etc .. ) that would fit.

All the suppliers I can find only sell the taper type fittings.

Many thanks for any help

Try Penn State tools.

After a google search for clarke lathe, all I found were metal lathes. If thats what it is and you cant resolve your problem, let me know. I know how to set up a metal lathe for this.

If you have a Woodcraft store nearby talk to them – they can usually help.
