Lew, we don’t have light duty, I work on overhead cranes and hoists. I have been off since late December when I pulled all the tendons off my arm that hold the muscles in place. Had surgery in January and been in therapy since. Now judged at 100% and can resume full duties. I will only be working until late August and then will be replacing my boss as service manager when he retires.
