Just watched a very interesting video on the Wood Whisperer’s site. Marc had Kaleo Kala as a guest demonstrating hand tool techniques. You might want to View the video and who knows, learn something new or reinforce some old knowledge.

thanks bill. i saw that one a couple of days ago and i learned a lot. it makes me want to cut dovetails more for some reason. i already know how but it makes me want to practice them more. i personally love hand tools. its good that other people can see this too. thanks for the post.
