i know some of you will be gone or busy this week end
that special time for the women
that fill our lives

just want to wish all you ladies the best
and thank you for just being you

mothers grandmothers daughters sisters wives girlfriends lovers friends

without you in our lives
things would be pretty dull
(we would probably never get out
of the shop either or eat well)

sit back with a cold one in hand
and watch some basketball
with your feet up

let the guys wait on you
for a change

enjoy and

BLESS YOU ALL !

You smooth-talkin’ diablo, you! Are they lined up at your door, or something? I’m actually going to have to take Sunday off to cook dinner for mine- shish-kebab chicken. Saturday’s going to pay for it…or else.

Happy Mother’s day to all those special ladies who gave us life watched over us even after we flew the nest.
AtomJack, I think it is admirable to close your shop for that day and devote it to your mother, such a loving gesture.
I hope and wish that ALL LJ mothers benefit from the sons/daughters affection on the day – a little more than normal.

Yep… Happy Mother’s Day!

If she’s alive, love her as much as you can…

... if she has passed, just remember…..

... and pass it on to others…

Well said David. Ditto from me too. Mother’s day in Norway is the 2nd Sunday in February so no celebrations tomorrow, just appreciations.

stefang;
Mother’s Day is celebrated on different days in various countries, but the Official Mother’s day is roughly 9 months after Father’s night.
