Home Depot, and probably any hardware store.

I’ve found them for sale here and there back east, where they
are useful for restorations and I think also because they work
well with freeze/thaw cycles.

Out west in California however, I have never seen them for sale.

I think demand must be regional. Of course they can be found on
Ebay. Lee Valley sells some interesting variants.

I but mine from Tremont or Lee Valley (they resell Tremont).
I use a lot of cut nails in my studio.
