WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GLUE AND ASSEMBLE 3-D FLOWER PETALS?

I have used super glue and quick setting epoxy. I like the epoxy better, but depending on the mixing method you may waste more.
when I have sone it I use a clothes pin as a clamp and let a petal or two set up at a time, then glue more.
I have made several flowers, they are really awesome when done.
