I think you may have a crush, I don’t know about you, we talked about needing help. Families have all kinds. I may be the red headed step child no one want to admit belongs to the family.

I was lucky to be allowed in the house and then got suspicious when the rest of my family moved out of state and I was left behind. I was wondering how they can only find work in Montana and not California at the time. I can’t have kids and they told me this was a decision they made and not gods punishment.

If it were not for the rain, I’d never get to try my boat.

Karson, I’m about to launch my boat in the backyard. Enough rain already! :-(

No problems here, papadan, as a matter of fact I checked, and you are still one of my buds (I know, my choice not yours), but did you think that every member of this site (20 something thousand) would be exactly how you (or I) wanted them to be?

If it were not for the tornado, I wouldn’t have had anyone to help me clean up the place!

Rain is very dumb.. set a record for April totals where I live, my brother (pyamed) is off to TX for a month to assist his company with what they do (tornado-related), and a friend of a friend lost everything she said when a tornado in some backwater AR tornado leveled their town center… Fun times

I live in Eastern Iowa. its been raining here for like 2 weeks straight….and i still have another week of rain to look forward to!! Tornados are no fun. Living in Tornado Alley my entire life, I know all about it. I’ve actually had a roof ripped off the building I was in during a tornado! Fun times. Even crazier, my buddy from school, Kyle, was in a building that was actually picked up by a tornado, and survived to tell the tale! Article here

I would say that its been raining as long here, but we had snow on several occasions last week. We’re somewhere in between 5-6” of rain this month.

I went through Hurricane Rita on the way to Lake Charles, the one a month or so after Katrina, doing the Army thing. They wanted us down there right after the storm since they screwed up the first time. Anyways, what a rush that was. I have never seen so much rain and $hit flying everywhere. We ended up cleaning side roads of trees that had fallen. I wanted to cry that I couldn’t take any home. Old story but old stories is all I have.

Sorry there Dan, what happened to your thread. I think it is a little Scitso like me.

Its Ok, I’ll save it. If it were not for wood, I’d be in front of the computer and bored on a stormy Tuesday night. Oh wait…
