The saw was currently located at my sons home in Menai NSW Australia.
I have just completed building garage shelves with it and its now up for sale $750.

It has the sliding panel extension but is not fitted due to the amount of room it requires to set up and use

It looks similar to this picture.

Please note the saw is not new, and it appears to be about 10 or more years old.

See tally plate

Its in good working order and the specs are similar to This cut and paste.

Motor: 3HP 1 PH
Max. depth of cut at 90˚: 101.6mm
Blade diameter: 305mm
Max. depth of cut at 45˚: 70mm
Arbor speed: 4000 rpm
Table height: 857mm.(may be higher as I have fitted 4 wheels to it)
Max. rip right of blade: 1300mm
Table size: 1220×762mm
Arbor diameter: 30mm
Sliding table capacity: 1220×2440mm
Miter Slots x 2: 19×9.5mm
100mm & 75mm dust port standard
Features
Heavy duty construction, large cast table
Overload protection and emergency stop switch
Precision aluminum alloy fence
Industrial safety protection with riving knife
Sliding table attachment (included but not fitted)
Right hand blade tilt 90˚ to 45˚
Weight: 259kg

There is a ply wood insert fitted in the R/H side

I will be in Sydney until early next week meaning return to Brisbane Tue 13 March.

If your interested in having a look at it operating please PM me ASAP.
Also if you don’t have quite enough loot I would be open to a reasonable offer!

I would dearly love to keep the saw but do not have the room to use it effectively.

Regards

Rob

Hmm… just the bullets, when I… well… duck!

Had another look at the specs and I’ll save you the cost of the envelope and postage…. that 30mm dia arbor would put one helluva dent in my 16mm dado set…
Looks like the wallet stays empty for now.

.. do not have the room to use it effectively.

Now that I’ve decided not to take it, do you have enough room to use it in-effectively? Hey… food for thought.

PS. I’ll send a flier about this offer around Churchill… they’re really into drones... hmmm, or was it crones?
