I am currently trying to get my project idea approved for the Pepsi Refresh Project which could fund a major distribution of my ergonomic canes to our wounded warriors.

I can’t stress enough as to how I need your votes, as if I do not have a top rating, I will not be considered for the final selection. This elimination will end this dream and project. SO, PLEASE VOTE EVERYDAY from MAY 1 – MAY 31st. Tell your friends and family and ask them to participate.

Well, as of May 1 (Noon) I will wait to see if I make the cut, I will need all of your support to win this grant. It s a lot of money that I plan to use to help a lot of soldiers. I don’t know the exact amount of canes that I can make in a year, but as mentioned, I plan to continue supplying canes after the deadline as long as I have funds and supplies to do so. I hope to create between 500-1000 plus canes. That’s a big discretion in numbers, but I want to make sure I do the minimum, so the maxium number is not set.

Please be sure that I will give the soldiers the best quaity product possible. My canes are guaranteed, so if they need anything altered or fixed, I intend to do so, at my cost.

My company is a small for profit business and I do have bills to pay, but I do not intend to cheat the soldiers or public by providing just a few, shotty canes. My canes are created to give the best in comfort, support and style for the user. The intention here is to provide as many canes as possible until the funds run out. The costs of this project will entail vairous expenses including advertising/marketing, supplies, workshop expenses, phone calls and delivery costs.

Our canes are guaranteed, so if a soldier needs their cane altered or fixed, this will be an out of pocket expense for me.

6. Power Voting. Beginning at 12:00:01 p.m. (Noon) ET on May 1, 2011 and ending 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2011 (the “Power Voting Period”), a Participant can use a Power Vote Code (as defined below) to receive extra Votes to vote for an idea on the Website. 6(b). How many Power Votes are available? The numbers of Power Votes available to Participants are 5, 10, 15, 25, 50 or 100. The number of Power Votes awarded will be randomly determined.

The odds of receiving a particular number of Power Votes depend on the number of Power Vote Codes received and the order in which they are received. The odds are based upon an estimated 3,000,000,000 Power Vote Codes produced; the actual number may vary depending upon the actual number of Power Vote Codes released into the marketplace.

6©. Where to Find A Power Vote Code. Look for a Power Vote Code on specially-marked 2 liter, 20 oz. bottles and 12-pack and 24-pack cans of PEPSI, DIET PEPSI and PEPSI MAX products.
