Hi all

Looking through e-mail today I got a blurb from Kreg about their new router lift. It was the first I had heard they made one. I like Kreg products, and was wondering if this is new, and if not if others have reports, or thoughts about it.

Kreg router lift#

I guess the next thing is does it come in a Kreg router table?? Says it works with their router tables. Looks to be good with a pretty wide range of routers.

Looks nice, but it is close in cost to the Incra/Jessem Mast-r-lift, and those have a height lock and the magnetic insert plates.

Kreg’s stuff is pretty good though so I’m sure it would be quite serviceable.

I have their router table and it’s great. I fit it with the Triton TR0001 router and it’s cur through anything I sent at it.

I was comparing and asking questions about router lifts a couple of weeks ago while in my local Woodcraft store. The guy helping me said that the Kreg lift would be out soon, and that it was the Jessem Master Lift, rebranded and in Kreg’s choice of colors. Made by Jessem for Kreg to market.

At the time, he predicted it to be at a somewhat lower price point. He thought it might be a hundred less. What I can see to date shows the Kreg at $299 versus $365 for the Jessem.
