I’ve been looking a long time for a good used second TS. This is an unused saw. The switch is still in the wrapper and all the hardware is pristine. It’s a 1 3/4HP

And here it is in place next to his daddy.

What’s a “barn find”? Never heard that one before.

You have to tell us how much. It’s required. It’s in the bylaws of the site.

$800. 52” fence. I didn’t even check to see what a new one was. Don’t care tho.

Nice one! Especially to match what you already had! Since you are using the one fence for both saws, are you thinking of selling the other one?

you must have an excess of karma 8^)

Join the two together for a 100% cast iron “extension table”. You can keep a dado set on one saw and a standard blade on the other (or rip/crosscut).

is one left tilt and the other right tilt?

Ripper, in the antique buying world, as well as the old car collecting and restoring world, a “barn find” is an item (a table, a chest of drawers, or a ‘59 Chevy) discovered/found stored away and essentially forgotten about out in someone’s barn. Of course it could be any type of building, not just a barn, that housed the “found” treasure.

One hopes that the item is in fairly good shape due to being stored and not touched for a long period, but sometimes that isn’t the case.

RWE, congrats on this one. Looks like a great deal.
