Does anyone have an opinion? One on CL right now for 275. Guy is a contractor told me it is. A year old and good condition. Is selling because he is buying a brand new dewalt. I have some reservations about buying it though. We run a 10” Hitachi slider in the shop but we need a second miter saw. I am currently in the market for another miter saw but we are in no rush.

Thanks

I have used one that belongs to a friend, I do not like it near as much as my Dewalt slider – it seems a little clunky? Not a bad price though depending on how much use it got. He obviously likes the Dewalt better too!

I opted against this miter saw as I have some hesitation about ridgid equipment. I have burned up 5 Ridgid ROS and one Ridgid 15 amp universal motor on their potable saw. With that in mind I will buy their product new and register the warranty. I have and love their ts3660 and the closed out granite hybrid model. Bought both on closeout.

Not that this means much to anyone, but after using those two Ridgid saws for the past year in a full time cabinet shop, the 3660 contractor version is the better saw.
