Was going to say Alder but some people don’t think that’s funny anymore, So guess I would go with Red Oak.

Looking at the Wood Data Base I swear the Pic. for Red Oak and the one for Alder are the same? Exactly?
I stand by the Red Oak as any Alder I have used is finer grain. But then again Tony is from Calgary and could never be incorrect? LOL!
