Inspired by the lightweight, high-strength components found in helicopters, Bridge City Tool Works has made a work of art that planes wood.

The stainless-steel CT-17 block plane from Bridge City Tool Works is perhaps the best-looking plane I’ve ever seen. And the beauty is more than skin deep because the new plane doubles as both a conventional and low-angle model. Lock up your credit cards . $860.00

OMG ! Now that’s something else ! Space age stuff, too bad they didn’t show it at work though.

I wouldn’t buy it simply for the aggravating promo…just show me the plane already! It certainly has a space age look and a clever design. This might be one commemorative that I’d be inclined to invest in. I like Bridge City, as the certainly occupy a unique niche.

Talk about conspicuous consumption…...
You got that kinda money? Why not hire somebody to do your planing for ya?
Oh, I have a Mont Blanc roller ball pen. Wanna buy it? Has a leather case too.

It is nice piece for sure. Stanley should buy the design and then mass produce it. It would help stanley out because apparently they have no clue as to how to innovate and it would help us out because we might be able to afford something as nice as this.
