Help finding a plan in somewhat recent magazines (answered, thanks!)

I apparently have too many magazines, and cannot find an article / plan that I recently saw.

It was a pretty simple/straightforward potting bench that used three plastic tubs to hold soil below the work surface (with removable slatted wood panels for the work surface), a shelf underneath, and a small shelf above the main working surface.

I think I saw it in the last two or three months, but I’m behind a bit on my reading (again, too many magazines, and a severe lack of magazine organization).

If anyone can point me to the article I’m thinking of, I’d appreciate it.
