Good day

The Saw Board idea is old like me so, what’s new…

I’m using Floor panels as a guide, they come in 50” or 100” length.

I’m using the “Knives” measuring method that I think is more accurate than the pencil mark.

Sorry, I cannot take a pic now. The time here (Poland) is 23:00 and the car is in the garage.

It’s nothing special, a 2” hose is running on the ceiling and connected to home made shop vac like in the pic. the hose from the ceiling to the CS is 1” washing machine drain hose.

Because of the cover and the dust pic-up port location on the CS (also home made), I’m getting “zero dust” sawing.

It took me a while to get the “vision”, but I finally got it.

This is the kind of Jigs and things that I really love about this community.

McGyver is still running on the TV? Last time I’ve watch him I had back hair…

OK guys, Don’t run and make the “saw board”, I have another (easier) idea that maybe you will like more…on the next post

We are going to give Niki the nickname of “the jig man” with all those inventive ideas he has.
