Scrapers are seldom idle or unwanted.

Tell that to the Stanley no 80 or no 112 sellers on ebay. i’m looking for specific items that are cared for. I always come across these items on ebay, craigslist. Often there are broken or rusted parts.

Theres a bunch of stanley 80s for sale you can get for a decent price and even cheaper without the blade. ST james bay tools has new blades for them for a decent price.

I Know about the 80’s. Veritas has free shipping until the 21st but the cabinet scraper is out of stock until the 28th. Just trying to come up with one before I order on the 21st. The planes are heavier and do a better burnishing job and are easier to use on large panels.

Thanks all for looking. I did it with a Veritas cabinet scraper and a LN scraper plane.
